Blair Planning asked me to expand on my report applying lessons from the Greater Allegheny Passage Rail Trail to Williamsburg as a Comprehensive Planning Intern in their Williamsburg Area Comprehensive Plan. The plan was last updated in 1974. This project is still ongoing; a full report will be available when it is complete.
This project inspired a proposal for a statewide rail trail network in Pennsylvania and beyond.
